(“Newmark” or the “Company”) announced that it has established an Operating Committee consisting of five key senior managers and reporting to both Barry Gosin, Newmark’s Chief Executive Officer and Jimmy Kuhn, President, Brokerage. James R. Ficarro, the Company’s Chief Operating Officer, resigned from the Company effective November 14, 2018. His responsibilities will be reassigned to the various members of the Operating Committee. No additional executive officers are being appointed at this time.
